When you place an order through our website you are entering into a contract for purchases with Fresh Purple:

• You promise that all the details you provide freshpurple.com with for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
• You agree not to impersonate another person or use a false identity that you are not authorised to use
• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
• Orders may be refused for any of the following reasons:
  • The product is out of stock
  • There is an error in the product description or pricing
  • Your payment fails to authorise
  • We have reason to believe you may be using a fake or stolen credit card
  • We do not accept orders from/ship items to your country
• Should your order not be accepted we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment already taken
• No contract shall be considered to exist between you and Fresh Purple for the sale of any product until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email
• All prices listed on this website are inclusive of applicable UK sales taxes
• Should you require items to be shipped outside the European Union it may be subject to additional taxes and charges by the local authorities in the country of delivery. We will not be responsible for any charges that are incurred in this way

Fresh Purple makes every effort to provide an accurate image and description of all products. However, due to factors such as monitor screen resolution and display/colour settings some products may differ slightly when seen in person. All weights and measures are approximate. A lot of our products are made with natural gemstones so there is inevitably some variation in colour and appearance. This shouldn’t be too much as we have very high standards for quality control. However, for this reason we accept that occasionally there may be a need to return the product. For details please read our Returns Policy.

Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
