High polished sterling silver necklace with a large open heart pendant, and a cluster of solid heart charms and a traditionally crafted Italian Murano glass heart charm. The large open heart pendants has a 3 dimensional design at the front, while it is flat the back. Half of it is pierced into lovely daisy shapes. Perfect present for Valentine's Day and anniversaries!

What is Murano glass? - The Venetian craft of glass making stretches back over a thousand years these beautiful beads in jewel-bright colours are still made in Venice, Italy and in the local island of Murano. Contemporary Murano glass is still made individually by hand in the same traditional method. The vibrant colours are usually enhanced by gold or silver leaf within for optimum brilliance. Often copied but never equalled, this unique glass has an unequalled history as a luxury product.

All our jewellery comes free with a durable gift box, which will be placed inside a padded envelope for additional protection.
Delivery
All our jewellery are held in stock. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs, or no later than 48hrs (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). The cut off time for UK Next Day Delivery is 1:00pm, Mon-Fri. Find out more about delivery period.

For all UK Deliveries, we will provide you with the Royal Mail parcel tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. You can then track and trace your parcel online.
Returns
We operate a 28 day no quibble returns policy. Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:
- Products are returned within 28 days of delivery.
- Please do not wear or use your purchase before returning it. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene considerations earrings are excluded from our Returns Policy.
- Items that have been personalised in any way (i.e. engraved) are non returnable.
- Personalising services such as gift-wrapping and engraving cannot be refunded unless the services are found to be faulty. Gift-tags are only returnable when it is not written on.
- Unfortunately we do not accept returns from outside the European Union.
