Returns

We operate a 28 day no quibble returns policy. Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

Products are returned within 28 days of delivery.
Please do not wear or use your purchase before returning it. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene considerations earrings are excluded from our Returns Policy.
Items that have been personalised in any way (i.e. engraved) are non returnable.
Personalising services such as gift-wrapping and engraving cannot be refunded unless the services are found to be faulty. Gift-tags are only returnable when it is not written on.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns from outside the European Union.
