Packaging

All our jewellery comes free with a durable gift box, which will be placed inside a padded envelope for additional protection.

Delivery

All our jewellery are held in stock. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs, or no later than 48hrs (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). The cut off time for UK Next Day Delivery is 1:00pm, Mon-Fri. Find out more about delivery period.

• Orders under £30 - £3.50 for Standard Delivery, £6.50 for Next Day Delivery
• Orders over £30 - Free Standard Delivery, £6.50 for Next Day Delivery
• Orders over £100 - Free Next Day Delivery
• Ship to outside the UK Mainland - £8.00 for Standard Airmail

For all UK Deliveries, we will provide you with the Royal Mail parcel tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. You can then track and trace your parcel online.

Returns

We operate a 28 day no quibble returns policy. Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

• Products are returned within 28 days of delivery.
• Please do not wear or use your purchase before returning it. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in and in their original packaging.


• Due to hygiene considerations earrings are excluded from our Returns Policy.
• Items that have been personalised in any way (i.e. engraved) are non returnable.
• Personalising services such as gift-wrapping and engraving cannot be refunded unless the services are found to be faulty. Gift-tags are only returnable when it is not written on.
• Unfortunately we do not accept returns from outside the European Union.
