Delivery charges

  • Orders under £30 - £3.50 for UK Standard Delivery, £6.50 for UK Next Day Delivery
  • Orders over £30 - Free UK Standard Delivery, £6.50 for UK Next Day Delivery
  • Orders over £100 - Free UK Next Day Delivery
  • International orders - £8.00 for Standard Airmail

UK Standard Delivery will be sent by Royal Mail Firstclass Packet (Recorded Signed for™). It will normally take up to 2-3 working days*. Although this estimate time remains accurate most of the time, it is not guaranteed, depending on Royal Mail.

UK Next Day Delivery will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day By 1PM (up to £500 Insurance). If you choose it, please make sure orders are placed before 1pm to ensure they will be dispatched the same working day*. This guarantees next working day* delivery by 1pm. Please contact us should you not receive your order or any 'You were out' card by the guaranteed time, and we will refund you the delivery charge (if any).

All UK Deliveries require someone to sign for the parcel. We cannot accept responsibility if there is no-one present to accept the parcel. The Royal Mail normally deliver a card if you are out and return the item to your local sorting office for you to collect or to arrange a redelivery time.


International orders are sent via Standard Airmail. It normally takes 2 weeks to arrive and does not provide a guaranteed delivery time. For international orders outside the European Union, we will not be responsible for any additional tax or import charges imposed by your government. We do also not accept returns from outside the EU.


(*Working day is deemed to be Monday to Friday of any week excluding any Public or Bank Holidays in any part of the UK.)

  • All our jewellery are held in stock and ready to be shipped. We aim to dispatched all orders within 24hrs, or no later than 48 hrs (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
  • The cut off time for UK Next Day Delivery is 3:00pm.
  • For all UK Deliveries, we will provide you with the Royal Mail parcel tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. You can then track and trace your parcel online.
  • If, for any reason, we expect there to be a delay we will inform you so that you can confirm that you still wish the order to proceed or there will be an obvious notice on our website.

If you inform us that the delivery is urgent then we will do our best to post it that day or whenever the post office is next open, but this cannot be guaranteed as there may be problems beyond our control.

Sometimes events outside our control (such as postal strikes, swine flu quarantine measures or large floods) may affect our ability to post or deliver items. We hope you will understand that there is not a whole lot we can do about things like this and so while we will do our best, please expect delays if there is any serious disruption affecting North London on the news.

All our jewellery comes free with a luxury gift box. These are strong and durable, as well as looking great, and we hope you will find them useful for storage far beyond your initial purchase. This will be placed inside a padded envelope for additional protection.

We would like to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible and, while we hope you will be overjoyed at your purchase once it arrives, we know life doesn’t always work like that. Therefore we operate a twenty eight day no quibble returns policy. Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:


  • Products are returned within 28 days of delivery*
  • Please do not wear or use your purchase before returning it. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene considerations earrings are excluded from our returns policy, and therefore cannot not be refunded or replaced.
  • Items that have been personalised in any way (i.e. engraved) are non returnable.
  • Personalising services such as gift-wrapping and engraving cannot be refunded unless they are found to be faulty. Gift-tags are only returnable when it is not written on.
  • Unfortunately we do not accept returns from outside the European Union.

*Delivery is deemed to be the first date which the Post Office delivered or tried to deliver the goods.


To return goods we ask you to e-mail service@freshpurple.com stating the reasons you wish to return the goods. We will then send to you a returns number and a returns form, please complete the form and send it with the goods to: Fresh Purple, 8C Compton Road, London N1 2PA, United Kingdom

    IMPORTANT:

  • For your own protection we recommend that goods returned to us are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed For Delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for returns that do not arrive back to us.
  • Do not use the word JEWELLERY on any outer packaging as this might encourage theft of the goods.
  • Always write your own address at the back of the parcel in case there is any problem during delivery.

On receipt of the goods and necessary forms we will immediately start the refund process. We will refund the entire cost of the items you purchased and our postage charges (if any). Your postage back to us will only be refunded if the goods are found to be faulty.

The refund will only be made to the original credit card or account used to make the purchase and should be done within 28 days of the time we receive the items back.
